As Sr. Director of Employer Sales at Virta, you will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of our national employers in the mid-market (1,000 employees and above). You will serve as a senior leader within the commercial organization, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate market expansion, develop high-performing sales leaders, and scale repeatable growth systems. This role requires a proven leader who can operate strategically and tactically, influence across the organization, and drive meaningful business outcomes in a complex and evolving market.
