About The Position

The Regional Vice President (RVP), Public Cloud ERP, Americas will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and expansion of GROW, AI and public cloud business success footprint across the Enterprise and Corporate business segments. He/she will be a member of the Americas Finance and Spend leadership; this role will oversee a high impact Americas team consisting of three Enterprise VP’s and eighteen SSE’s, while managing dotted-line relationships in the Corporate segment. The primary focus will be to scale GROW for two-tier / M&A / subsidiaries in the Enterprise segment, managing go-to-market motions in Corporate segment, ensuring that the business achieves growth in Public Cloud ERP business while fostering a culture of innovation and transformation in alignment with the company’s vision. This leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s competitive edge by guiding the integration and market adoption of GROW, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving impactful business outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. This leader will have responsibility for the performance of the Public Cloud ERP business across the Americas, with direct line responsibility of the Enterprise sales teams. This leader will manage the performance of the Corporate and Partner Driven segments by working within Finance and Spend teams, and across the Corporate, Partner, and Market Unit teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales and solution management, with a proven track record in managing Americas, cross-functional teams and driving growth within GROW & AI, cloud, and SaaS-based business models.
  • Deep expertise in GROW & AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) and public cloud business applications with an ability to translate these solutions into actionable business strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing direct line enterprise sales teams, managing the health of the business across a matrixed model within Corporate, fostering collaboration across diverse functions, regions, and business units.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams to exceed performance expectations and drive transformation.
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and expertise in driving partner-led and digital sales motions at scale.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year business transformation projects and manage large-scale GTM execution with measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales & adoption strategy for GROW in Enterprise segment, ensuring the alignment of the roadmap with business objectives and revenue targets, while adapting to diverse regional market dynamics.
  • Provide strategic guidance and execution direction to Market Units ensuring effective deployment of GROW, AI and public cloud solutions for Enterprise and guiding them through key transformation initiatives.
  • Champion the ecosystem to work with the Partner teams to help partners accelerate faster, focusing on demand generation, solution advisory, and revenue retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance team, ensuring that they are motivated, aligned, and equipped to meet both short-term sales goals and long-term growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering teams to think outside the box and execute transformative sales motions across GROW for Enterprise Segment.
  • Lead the integration and promotion of GROW & public cloud solutions through partner ecosystems, focusing on partner-led sales and digital channels, with an emphasis on expanding the company’s footprint in enterprise segments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and strategic partners to accelerate growth, ensuring a partner-first mindset and enabling digital transformation for customers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, monitor customer needs, and evaluate competitive activities, adjusting strategies to ensure the company’s market leadership in GROW & AI and public cloud services.
  • Execute upon key performance indicators (KPIs) across cloud bookings, SAAS offerings expansion, and digital motion impacts, ensuring that all regional leaders are aligned to meet Americas performance targets.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes, adjusting strategies to exceed sales, revenue, and adoption goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and ensure the continuous growth and scalability of GROW & AI and public cloud solutions.
  • Inspire and drive bold, innovative thinking, ensuring that GROW & AI and public cloud strategies are constantly evolving to meet emerging market needs and technological trends.
  • Lead the company’s transformation initiatives, emphasizing non-linear growth strategies that leverage digital sales, automation, and GROW & AI-driven customer engagement.
