As SAP accelerates its transformation to a full Cloud growth enterprise, the RVP role serves a critical and strategic purpose. This expanded role is a unique opportunity to expand personal brand along with sales leadership and budget attainment for the MidWest and West geographical regions in North America. This senior executive sales leadership role will report to the SVP/CRO, Finance & Spend, Americas. The primary purpose of the F&S RVP Sales position is to cultivate a team of high performing FLSMs and individual contributors to consistently attain targeted bookings and revenue goals. This position is also responsible for executing against regional targets across relevant non-direct selling channels in areas such as partner/ecosystem and Programs across NA Cloud Lines of Business. To accomplish these goals, the RVP must develop a culture, methodology, operating vision and strategy to ensure high Customer Satisfaction and Growth in market share in NA.
