About The Position

We are currently seeking applications for a Sales & Distribution Consultant to join our SAP Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Public Cloud) team. This is a new, exciting and pivotal role for Vision33 in our S4/HANA practice. Vision33 is a global, diverse, inclusive, passionate, and fun environment where you can truly make a difference. We are in the process of building something new at Vision33 — a dedicated S/4HANA Public Cloud team that will play a central role in the future of ERP. This small, focused group will help define how Vision33 delivers and transforms systems into value for our partners and will set the industry standard for how organizations adopt cloud-first solutions. Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for people who already know this space — people who’ve worked with S/4HANA Public Cloud and can hit the ground running, lead projects, and help shape how we do things. It’s cloud-first, it’s future-ready, and it’s a chance to be in early on something that will only keep growing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Full Cycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Proven Experience in a similar role and directly involved in delivery of Sales module within S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional client value.

Nice To Haves

  • An SAP S/4HANA certification would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud sales & distribution solutions across multiple industries.
  • Configuring key Sales functions such as Order to Cash, outbound transport & logistics, pricing procedures, revenue recognition etc.
  • Conducting workshops, process mapping, and training sessions to ensure client teams adopt supply chain best practices.
  • Collaborating with finance, procurement, manufacturing, Supply chain and CRM teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
  • Supporting data migration, conversions, and system content upgrades.
  • Supporting the technical team in transferring knowledge of client requirements, operational design, and with testing and feedback.
  • Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization of supply chain processes.
  • Follow SAP Activate Methodology practices including Fit-to-Std, Data Migration and Testing workstreams.
  • Work closely with presales architects and sales representatives during presales processes; preparing demos and providing input for project estimations.
  • Staying current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud sales and service updates and industry trends.
