About The Position

Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions. This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in SAP SD and a basic understanding of SAP Finance, who is eager to grow their expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to help deliver reliable, business-aligned solutions for Syntax clients.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience working with SAP SD and/or SAP Public Cloud.
Basic understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and related business processes.
Hands-on experience supporting implementation, configuration, or maintenance activities in SAP SD.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
Good communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting SAP SD Public Cloud projects in a client-facing environment.
Exposure to system upgrades, enhancements, and end-user support activities.
Familiarity with cross-functional processes involving Finance, Logistics, and IT.
Experience preparing user documentation, process guides, or training materials.
An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions across a range of client projects.
Assist with configuring SAP SD to align with business requirements and process needs.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing solution maintenance.
Provide first-level support for SAP SD issues and help troubleshoot functional and technical challenges.
Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate reports and supporting materials for internal teams and client stakeholders as needed.
Assist in training end-users on SAP SD functionality, processes, and best practices.
Stay current with SAP SD Public Cloud features, updates, and enhancements.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support project delivery and issue resolution.
Partner with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and operational priorities.
