The Regional Vice President of Agricultural Lending provides strategic leadership of the retail sales team in achieving portfolio growth while maintaining sound loan quality and credit administration. Leading, coaching, and developing Financial Officers to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the delivery of financial services consistent with regional, state and association goals. Regional Vice Presidents lead broad, multisite or multistate business areas, with responsibility for performance, relationships, and long term regional success. They drive strategic execution through sales professionals, elevate regional consistency, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across dispersed teams and geographies, site or multi state business areas, with responsibility for performance, relationships, and long term regional success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years relevant experience.
  • Establishes trust and operating discipline for a dispersed sales team, delivering consistent execution and reliable growth.
  • Represents the brand with professionalism and anchors work in purpose.

Nice To Haves

  • Credit experience and agricultural knowledge preferred.
  • Prior people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and collaborates with leaders across the association by supporting the overall customer experience and sales delivery to drive consistency, work share, and success through participating in committees, projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Achieves results through remote leadership of team members throughout their assigned region as well as influencing team members in other areas of the organization.
  • Leads and coaches' others, setting team's direction, evaluating performance, exercising management authority in performance, compensation and other employment decisions.
  • Leads the region’s business development plan, marketplace analysis and marketing plans.
  • Understands and engages in the development of the regional territory from an advocacy and growth perspective.
  • Grants authorities, sets standards, evaluates performance, corrects deficiencies, coaches and develops skills, effective and efficient review of credit analysis, regulatory compliance and procedural compliance.
  • Monitors the quality of loan portfolios, establishing and granting lending authorities as well as reviewing loans.
  • Conducts joint sales calls and credit administration reviews to coach and develop sales team members.
  • Provides meaningful feedback to the Directors of Retail Operations to ensure an accurate and consistent customer experience.
  • Provides strategic leadership across multiple territories, locations, or markets.
  • Develops sales professionals through coaching, clarity, and performance management.
  • Aligns regional goals and plans with enterprise strategies and objectives.
  • Strengthens operational consistency and customer experience across the region.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Evaluates performance trends and makes decisions that support sustainable growth.
