About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the world's only company dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and offers treatment with EarWell® for infant ear shape correction. They are seeking a full-time Regional Traveling Registered Nurse to travel throughout their California clinics, based out of Sacramento, San Jose, Los Angeles, or Orange County. This position involves a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants aged 3 to 18 months, using the DOC Band® to correct cranial asymmetry. The role offers a unique opportunity to specialize in a non-traditional, niche area within a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Requirements

Licensed RN
Prior pediatric experience required
500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families.
Capability to treat the whole patient.

Responsibilities

Treat infants 3 to 18 months of age, using the DOC Band® to correct cranial asymmetry.
Diagnose and treat plagiocephaly.
Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.
