Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist - Florida
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist to work in a pediatric outpatient clinical setting, treating infants with plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. The clinician will use the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes, and will evaluate and treat patients while building relationships with families throughout treatment. The role is based out of Hollywood, Jupiter, Boca Raton, or Miami, Florida, and includes travel throughout the company’s Florida clinics, with 30% overnight travel. The clinics are described as child-friendly and state-of-the-art. The company provides formal training and mentoring for clinicians entering this specialized area.
Requirements
- Current occupational therapist license.
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
