This role is a high impact position requiring a strong, decisive, results-oriented leader who can develop, coach, and manage relationships across the division and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge. The Regional Training Manager will execute a learning strategy for the division, including assessment of existing programs and analysis of gaps. They will drive corporate initiatives and values through learning and development, instill a performance consulting mentality, and create developmental plans for teams and individuals. This role also involves managing learning resources, the delivery of training and performance support solutions, and driving improvements in training time to competency and performance execution. Building strong relationships with internal partners, implementing learning programs, and influencing a service culture are key aspects of this role. The manager will also instill processes and tools for consistent service delivery, measure the impact of learning programs, assess opportunities for improvement, and define/implement process improvements, tools, and technology for learning execution. Up to 50% travel is required.
