About The Position

This role is about owning and growing territory results. You will be in the fire service world, in a demo vehicle, in stations, and at events earning trust face-to-face and becoming a known name in your territory. You will educate departments, uncover problems, and show how HiViz solutions help first responders work more safely and effectively. You will drive your dealer network like a business by training, supporting, and partnering with them to achieve pull-through sales and growth. You will become the expert people rely on for lighting, installs, configurations, and real-world applications. You will manage your pipeline professionally in HubSpot, tracking demos, opportunities, and closed business. This role is built for people who expect to exceed quota.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in channel sales, selling through dealers or distributors.
  • 5+ years in outside sales, ideally growing multi-state territories.
  • Experience selling premium products, not commodities.
  • Ability to create value, not compete on price.
  • Understanding or ability to quickly earn credibility in the Fire/EMS space.
  • Takes control of a room.
  • Builds trust fast.
  • Moves conversations towards a decision.
  • Competitive.
  • Can track numbers and cares about winning.
