About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled, charismatic person to lead our sales efforts. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) inspires, leads and manages the sales activities within these 6 states and ensures the company's products or services are effectively sold within the following states: PA, MD, DE, VA, WV, S NJ. Must reside within the territory. Salto sells through a diverse partner network using manufacturing reps (territory manager or TMs) as an extension of the sales team. The RSM plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the correct partner set exists, building strong relationships with those partners, maximizing the Salto wallet share in each, and executing sales plans through the TMs; providing them work direction. The RSM is responsible for achieving quarterly sales goals while driving sustainable growth with deep product knowledge, applying insights from Salto Wecosystem offerings, and executing strategies to address key vertical markets and metropolitan service areas within these 6 states.
