The University of Tennessee, Knoxville—College of Social Work, through the Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS)—is hiring a Regional Coordinator for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). You’ll be based in East Tennessee, supporting your assigned region and stepping in wherever you’re needed to keep services running smoothly, especially when a county has a staffing gap. This is hands-on, relationship-driven work. You’ll build trust with participants, coach them through tough situations, and help them navigate the systems they’re dealing with. When it makes sense, you may also support healthier communication with custodial parents and children. You’ll also connect people to practical supports in the community, both formal services and informal networks—and help spread the word about TCSEPP through outreach and education with parents and community partners. This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the continued funding of the grant.
