About The Position

The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruiting for all roles in an assigned geographic region, including camp staff, camp leadership, and HQ/corporate positions. The role combines local market knowledge with the ability to recruit across varied hiring profiles and lead a temporary seasonal hiring team under tight deadlines. Success is measured by time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, seasonal staffing completion, and hire quality and retention. The position is central to staffing Galileo’s regional summer programs and year-round teams. The partner develops regional hiring plans and talent pipelines, advises hiring managers, and coordinates with Program, Operations, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to meet staffing needs while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and consistent selection standards. This is a full-time, exempt role based remotely or from home within an assigned region. Regular travel to regional camp locations, hiring events, and community partner sites is required, especially February through June; occasional travel for company-wide meetings or events may also be required. The position averages 40 hours per week, with additional hours potentially needed during the seasonal hiring period. Anticipated compensation is $80,000–$85,000, with the exact amount dependent on factors including geography and professional experience.
