About The Position

Galileo Learning is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for all role types in an assigned geographic region, including camp staff, camp leadership, and HQ/corporate positions. The role builds regional market expertise and provides a primary recruiting partner for hiring managers across the region. It requires flexibility across varied hiring profiles, from seasonal camp counselors to salaried HQ professionals, and leadership of a temporary seasonal hiring team during the high-volume summer hiring period. The partner develops and executes regional hiring plans, builds sourcing pipelines and community partnerships, and works with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to respond to changing staffing needs. Success is measured by time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, seasonal staffing completion, and the quality and retention of hires. The position is based within an assigned region and can be performed remotely from home within that region, with regular regional travel to camp locations, hiring events, and community partner sites. Occasional travel to HQ for company-wide meetings or events may also be required. This is a full-time, exempt position averaging 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during the seasonal hiring period, particularly February through June, to meet staffing deadlines and lead the seasonal team. The anticipated annual compensation is $80,000–$85,000, varying based on geography and professional experience. Galileo Learning describes its mission as developing innovators who envision and create a better world. Its programs include neighborhood summer day camps, expanded learning programs for school districts, and curriculum and instructional support for educational institutions and service providers. The organization’s Galileo Innovation Approach combines mindset, process, and knowledge, and its stated values include being visionary, courageous, collaborative, determined, and reflective.
