About The Position

VRC Investigations is seeking qualified Regional Support Coordinators with administrative experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the day-to-day insurance fraud defense investigations and operational needs for multi-state regions. As a key member of the VRC team, the Regional Support Coordinator will oversee documentation of surveillance and SIU investigations to ensure our final product meets industry standards and client expectations. The Regional Support Coordinator will complete tasks with other team members under management supervision. This position is a full-time, non-exempt, position located in our corporate office in Denton, TX.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task between queues throughout the day and manage workload appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, organize multiple projects, and understand directive
  • Experience in office administration or related field
  • Must have a valid Class "C" Driver's License prior to employment
  • Upbeat, positive demeanor with an attitude for success
  • Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
  • Be highly motivated and possess the ability to work under little supervision
  • Ability to read, decipher and summarize information quickly
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must pass a drug test and pre-employment testing
  • Upon hiring you must proficiently learn and utilize all electronic tools as required within the scope of this position to include the company's IMS case tracking system

Responsibilities

  • Format and edit investigation reports to clients standards
  • Review surveillance video and audio recorded statements from field investigators
  • Create invoice lines for investigative services
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Shared Services Manager or other supervisors
  • Communicate with regional managers, directors, and investigators
  • Follow procedural documents and update as needed
  • Take part in team meetings as well as continuing training sessions
  • Support other teams within the company when needed and time allows
