About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Regional Support Administrator to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in hospitality, retail management, customer service, event coordination, or other fast-paced service industries often excel in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee record management
  • Support promotions, transfers, and regional personnel updates
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation and processes
  • Manage inventory and ordering of sales presentation materials, marketing assets, apparel, and technology
  • Ensure field teams have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
  • Prepare, collect, and maintain important business documentation, including: KPI tracking, Quarterly reviews, Performance improvement plans, Weekly sales presentation materials
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting across multiple departments
  • Assist with expense reimbursement processing
  • Support tracking and administration of annual bonuses, training expenses, and monthly sales events
  • Help ensure expenses are properly documented and submitted
  • Serve as a key support resource for sales teams, leadership, and customers
  • Partner closely with Production, Field Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams
  • Assist with vehicle scheduling and basic fleet coordination
  • Maintain clear communication across multiple regions and departments
