Responsible for the day-to-day performance of all ProCare OnSite Specialists within the region, including customer engagement and collaboration with Sales to further strengthen and build the ProCare business. This role involves supervising ProCare OnSite Specialists, including selection, performance evaluations, career development, authorizing time cards, assigning overtime, and handling corrective actions. It also includes coaching, developing, and leading Specialists throughout the assigned territory, partnering with Endoscopy sales representatives to drive support and growth, and interacting with customers regarding Specialist performance. The position assists in implementing new accounts with a focus on Specialist performance, is responsible for interviewing and talent acquisition, and provides monthly reports on region performance to the Regional Service Manager. The role also enforces on-time completion of SLMS assignments, works with the Operations Associate to ensure coverage for sick and vacation days, and monitors employee attendance. Performance and merit reviews are also a key responsibility.
