We help build a safer community. As a Regional Supervisor, you will support the coordination and oversight of inspection activities that help ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Working alongside inspectors, industry partners, and internal teams, you will provide technical guidance, support consistent practices, and contribute to a proactive, risk-informed approach to safety. Requirements

Minimum of five years of technical experience within BPV, including at least three years supporting and coordinating the work, training, and ongoing technical competency development of inspection or technical teams.
Hold National Board In-service and Authorized Inspector Commissions with required endorsements including R, B, and N; NS endorsement considered an asset, along with a valid TSSA Certificate of Competency.
Demonstrate experience interpreting and applying ASME codes, CSA standards, Ontario regulations, National Board requirements, and quality assurance processes within BPV operations.
Apply knowledge of inspection principles, audit practices, technical documentation review, and occupational health and safety requirements to support consistent regulatory outcomes and public safety.
Assess inspection findings, address technical and regulatory concerns, support incident response activities, and contribute to ASME audits and nuclear surveys where applicable.
Provide clear technical guidance and regulatory interpretation to inspectors, contractors, and internal stakeholders while supporting collaborative problem-solving and service delivery.
Coordinate training activities, continuing education, certification maintenance, and knowledge sharing to support ongoing technical competency and operational effectiveness.
Apply proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Epicor, and technical audit tools to support inspections, reporting, scheduling, and operational tracking.

Responsibilities

Supervise inspection activities within the Boilers and Pressure Vessels (BPV) program area to confirm compliance with the Technical Standards and Safety Act, applicable regulations, and adopted codes and standards including ASME, CSA, and National Board requirements.
Assign and monitor inspection schedules, priorities, and resource allocation to support service delivery commitments, operational continuity, and timely response to regulatory requirements.
Conduct audit reviews, monitor inspection outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain consistency, technical accuracy, and regulatory effectiveness across inspection activities.
Respond to stakeholder inquiries, escalations, and concerns by providing interpretation of applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements in a clear and professional manner.
Participate in incident response activities, operational reviews, and special projects that contribute to public safety, risk reduction, and improved regulatory oversight.
Work closely with internal teams, contractors, industry associations, and advisory groups to support coordinated inspection delivery, policy interpretation, and knowledge sharing.
Promote adherence to occupational health and safety requirements, corporate safety procedures, and safe field practices while supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
