About The Position

We’re looking for a Regional Store Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping regional performance by analyzing sales, payroll, and expense data, while influencing strategic decisions through actionable insights. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both Field Operations and Home Office partners, gaining exposure to cross-functional leadership and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and capital project tracking. You’ll have the opportunity to drive efficiency by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, while serving as a key communication link that amplifies field feedback. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can build strong analytical, financial, and operational expertise while making a measurable impact across the region.

Requirements

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support informed business decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing business needs and priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze Regional and District sales, payroll, and expense reports, identifying trends and key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations
• Act as a liaison between Field Operations and Home Office teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments
• Support the annual regional budgeting process by reviewing financial reports, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to informed planning decisions
• Coordinate and consolidate reporting requests across departments, ensuring timely and accurate data flow for district and regional insights
• Track regional initiatives and capital projects, monitoring expenses and progress while developing recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
