Nouria is a fast-growing convenience store and fuel retailer with locations across the Southeast. We are looking for a hands-on Safety Manager to support our multi-site retail operations in the Savannah Support Center. This role is ideal for a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and enjoys partnering closely with store leaders and frontline teams. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our safety culture across locations in GA, NC, and SC—focusing on practical, store-level solutions that keep employees and guests safe while supporting daily operations. Requirements

3–5+ years in safety, loss prevention, or operations support within retail, convenience store, food service, or other customer-facing multi-site environments.
Experience managing safety in fast-paced, high-volume retail or store operations strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Health & Safety, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations, with ability to apply them in store-level operations and day-to-day retail activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident tracking/reporting systems.
Ability to travel regularly across GA, NC, and SC to support store locations.
Comfortable working in active retail environments, including conducting walk-throughs and inspections (standing, walking, lifting to 25–35 lbs.).
