About The Position
ABM is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to support one of their top-tier clients. This role is not a desk job and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, “startup-style” environment and is ready to drive change across multiple sites. The Regional Safety Manager will lead the planning, coordinating, and implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives to develop and drive safety effectiveness at all client sites. This role serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, ensuring the integration of EH&S principles into daily operations while driving continuous improvement, incident prevention, and a strong safety culture across the region. The position plays a key part in maintaining EHS programs and supporting the execution of national strategic safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energized by travel, collaboration, and building something great, stepping into a role where their leadership truly matters.
Requirements
- Must be a 'road warrior' who thrives in a fast-paced, “startup-style” environment.
- Willingness to drive change across multiple sites.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Florida).
