About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Regional Site Director to manage day-to-day clinical research activities at assigned sites in the Austin, TX area. This role involves direct supervision of Clinical Research Staff and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of clinical research experience
Prior leadership or team management experience required

Nice To Haves

advanced clinical degree (RN, NP, PA, or Master's) preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinical research activities, ensuring efficiency and quality services.
Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director on study management.
Conduct protocol feasibility assessments and collaborate on budget creation.
Manage participant recruitment, enrollment, study visits, and regulatory compliance.
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical research staff.
Evaluate techniques for quality control, perform annual performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
Facilitate regular meetings, training sessions, and communication among staff.
