Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Field Training, the Regional Sales Trainer role will focus on bridging new hire training learnings to practical execution. This role helps Field Sales representatives apply training in real-world selling situations by reinforcing sales model application, effective resource utilization, approved sales strategies, and territory unit partnership alignment, while addressing observed knowledge or skill gaps and reinforcing expected selling behaviors. The Regional Sales Trainer works in alignment with cross functional teams and Sales Leadership to reinforce consistent understanding and execution of sales initiatives across the Field Sales. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity and support the drive to new customers' starts. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
