Under general supervision, develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products and services remotely. Duties include, but are not limited to: Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) identified by lead generation. Develops a strategy for generating revenue based on the assigned account list. Selects the correct products or assists customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significant upside potential. Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to the District segment. Coordinates with the Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage. Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, fostering positive long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business. Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Effective in written and verbal communication.
  • Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
