About The Position

The Regional Sales Senior Manager will manage larger portfolios which requires the ability to plan proactively with a good structure. To support this, the role will utilize Circle K's sales tools to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness, including Salesforce CRM, POINT, Power BI, and Prezentor. The role involves developing and managing a customer portfolio, securing delivery on monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI targets, and identifying and executing opportunities for improving a profitable portfolio. Continuous competitor surveillance and the ability to use this insight to prioritize sales activities are also key. Strong collaboration with the BU Fuel Director, Market Managers, the dedicated Inside Sales team to the BU, and the rest of the B2B sales organization is expected.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (oral and written).
  • +5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Mobility and Fleet Card industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent sales results and meeting ambitious sales targets.
  • Proven track record from building and growing a profitable B2B Customer portfolio.
  • Proven track record working with both medium and large accounts and an experience in using digital tools in order to work in a structured and proactive way.
  • Strong commercial and sales mind-set with desire to win.
  • Strong relationship builder and ability to establish longstanding customer relationships, incl. networking within the Truck and Fleet segment in the region.
  • Excellent negotiator and communicator at all organizational levels.
  • Strong ability to develop sales plans and execute efficiently and effectively.
  • Analytical, structured and comfortable working with digital tools.
  • Strong collaborator, influential and with the ability to establish strong commitment and support from internal stakeholders to win the regions B2B segment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably bachelor or master degree from University or Business School, or other relevant educational background.
  • Relevant practical experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

Responsibilities
