Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory-based role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the region.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand network and promote company offerings.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all regional sales activities.
