About The Position

Molecular You offers a platform that analyzes over 200 blood-based biomarkers across proteins, metabolites, and lipids to generate a comprehensive biological profile. This goes beyond standard panels, enabling physicians to identify risks years before symptoms appear, personalize treatment and supplementation protocols, and provide patients with a concrete picture of their health. The company is commercially active, internationally expanding, and backed by a strong clinical story. They are currently building the regional sales infrastructure to match this growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years selling specialty diagnostics, advanced lab services, functional medicine products, or nutraceuticals directly into physician practices.
  • Established relationships with named physicians and clinic contacts in the target region.
  • Demonstrated success selling into at least two of the target verticals: longevity, integrative/functional medicine, concierge, women's health, performance medicine, or GLP-1/weight management.
  • A track record of consultative selling to clinical buyers who need to be educated.
  • Self-directed and field-oriented; ability to set own schedule and be accountable to outcomes without daily management.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where feedback shapes the playbook and ambiguity is manageable.
  • Motivated by commission upside over base security.
  • Ability to translate a complex scientific platform into a clinical value proposition for a 20-minute physician meeting.
  • Based in the target region with the ability to be in-market the majority of the week.
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, sign, and activate physician clinic partners across target verticals, focusing on practices that will integrate Molecular You as a recurring protocol.
  • Lead clinic education sessions with physicians and clinical staff, translating the biomarker platform into a clear patient conversation framework for the practice.
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, first meeting, proposal, onboarding, and ongoing account development.
  • Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM, with weekly reporting against activation and volume targets.
  • Feed market intelligence back to the commercial team on objections, fastest-moving verticals, and areas for pricing or positioning evolution.
  • Attend regional conferences and clinic-hosted patient events relevant to the territory.
