About The Position

RTS Intercom is seeking a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth in an assigned U.S. region and directly develop a portfolio of Strategic Key Accounts. The role focuses on winning new business, building customer relationships, displacing competitors, and closing complex professional intercom and communications opportunities. It combines regional sales development, strategic account management, and channel engagement, with ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through order closure. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel. The Regional Sales Manager owns regional sales growth and Order Intake, develops new customers and opportunities, and builds sufficient qualified pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also develops and executes plans for assigned Strategic Key Accounts, expands customer relationships and RTS share of wallet, and coordinates commercial, technical, product, and management resources to pursue strategic opportunities. The position works with end users, dealers, distributors, system integrators, consultants, rental companies, and internal RTS teams. Success is measured through Order Intake, revenue growth, new-logo acquisition, strategic account growth and penetration, pipeline generation and coverage, opportunity conversion and win rate, competitive wins, forecast accuracy, and partner-generated opportunities. The U.S. base salary range is $80,000–$100,000, with commission eligibility and total compensation ranging from $133,000–$167,000. Full-time employees may participate in the company’s health and welfare plans, 401(k), paid time off, and sick leave programs, subject to applicable plan terms and policies. Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
