The regional sales manager will oversee all sales and distribution in an assigned region and work to grow the customer base, maintaining client and vendor relationships, with a true passion for sharing the benefits our services offer. They will optimize the territory database, developing relationships with clients to become the trusted advisor for each region. The role involves conducting deal reviews and strategy sessions for winning new accounts, and providing effective feedback, coaching, and counseling to sales staff. The ability to lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is essential.
