About The Position

At Klass Time, a leader in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of food and beverage brands, the Regional Sales Manager - West Region is responsible for leading regional growth through strategic account management, new business development, and best-in-class execution at the point of sale. This role combines commercial strategy, field execution, and team leadership to maximize sell-in and sell-out performance. The manager will lead a team of Market Sales Leaders, manage key accounts, and ensure strong distribution, inventory health, and trade investment ROI. Klass Time has a Mexican identity, aiming to surprise customers with high-quality food products and unique brand experiences for 30 years. The company is based in Houston, Texas, with associates nationwide, building a solid reputation in the Food and Beverage industry, especially among the Hispanic population. Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the U.S. food & beverage, CPG, or mass retail industry with proven results in general market expansion and category growth.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales leaders or regional account managers.
  • Strong expertise in Key Account Management and trade spend/promotional budget management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Fully bilingual: English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate or higher).
  • Strategic leadership, ability to manage budgets and profitability, senior-level negotiation, and talent development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (50–70%).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
