The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and expanding market share across Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This role is 100% sales-focused, with primary accountability for building a high-performing sales team, strengthening customer and vendor relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to grow Hydraquip’s presence in the region.
