The RSM will also lead penetration strategies for key accounts, collaborate with internal teams on pricing and proposals, and provide sales forecasts. Additionally, the position supports new product launches, delivers training to distributors, manages distributor-related issues, and gathers market intelligence. The role requires participation in cross-functional teams and monitoring distributor capabilities. The RSM will also support the implementation of e-business tools and participate in periodic factory training, collecting data to support business decisions across departments. Other duties may be assigned.
