The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities in the northern and midwestern areas of the U.S. including, but not limited to, the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and the Dakotas; however, the role allows for cultivation of new business opportunities within the U.S. This position will be responsible for customer service communication and generating new business from both existing and potential customers. While they will generate RFQs, they will have limited pricing authority. Travel and attendance at trade shows, as needed, are integral parts of the role. This position must be performed in compliance with the Company’s core values. The individual in this position must be able to communicate with team members across all departments within the Company, including marketing, production control, quality assurance, human resources, engineering as well as with customers and vendors. Training and development for this position could include time in a foundry environment working alongside our production team for a clearer understanding of foundry operations, terminology, and production methods.
