About The Position

Our client is a leader in the Aftermarket Diesel Parts Distribution market and is looking for a growth driver across the Southeastern Region selling to Diesel Engine Repair shops, Fleet Service groups and Dealerships. The successful person will... Have a high-impact hunter mentality focused on winning net-new business and expanding territory coverage across fleets, repair shops, dealers, distributors, and engine rebuilders. Leverage deep diesel engine parts expertise to earn credibility with technical buyers, influence stocking decisions, and displace incumbent suppliers. Own the full sales cycle in an exclusive territory—from prospecting and closing to initial onboarding—while partnering with a STRONG inside sales for long-term account relationship building. Build a highly autonomous, repeatable / data-driven pipeline... be comfortable using CRM to manage routing, activity, forecasting and conversion rate tracking / wins. Spend the majority of their time in the field, developing face-to-face relationships with decision-makers and driving consistent revenue growth.
