Position Overview: Regional Sales Manager – BCS BCS is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our presence across a multi-state territory in the commercial HVAC, building controls, and automation industry. In this role, you will manage and mentor account managers, maintain key client relationships, and drive new business development while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Partnering closely with the Regional Director, you will help shape and execute sales strategies that expand market share, improve profitability, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
