Amwins Benefits, Small to Mid-Market (Amwins Connect) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Connecticut. Connect is a leading group brokerage general agency with national distribution, formed by combining seven group benefits operating companies with over 100 years of experience. They offer a comprehensive collection of group benefits products, including large and small group medical (fully insured and self-funded), dental, vision, life insurance, specialty and captive programs, and third-party administrative services. Amwins, the parent company, is the largest wholesale brokerage and group insurance administrator in the US, with extensive expertise across property, casualty, and group benefits products and services. The Regional Sales Manager will be a key member of the Amwins Connect growth and revenue generation team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing retail broker relationships through a consultative approach. This role requires market knowledge to provide tailored employee benefit solutions and involves cultivating new broker partnerships, managing the product portfolio, and generating leads.
