Imagine driving sales for a company trusted by Anheuser-Busch, MillerCoors, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and Nestlé, while also representing the iconic Grizzly Coolers brand. At Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc. (IRP), we create the products that bring brands and experiences to life. We are currently seeking a highly accountable, positive, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to take over our high-growth Northwest Territory (covering major hubs like Seattle, Portland, Denver, and surrounding markets). This is a massive opportunity for growth. You will inherit an in-place contact list and an active, established territory currently generating $1M–$2M in annual sales. Your target market? Larger cities, major entertainment venues, and massive beverage wholesalers. Culture and accountability are everything to us. To ensure you are set up for massive success, this role requires you to work in office at our headquarters for the first 90 to 180 days. You will learn our products, build relationships with our internal teams, and prove you can handle the workload. Once you demonstrate consistent accountability and hit your metrics, this role will transition to a remote position.
