This role is a remote position located in either Orange County or San Diego County, California and relocation is not offered for this position. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this job position including H-1B, O-1, and TN. Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on EAD for this position. Regional Sales Manager for Desert Southwest driving new business, retaining accounts, and expanding opportunities. Partners with Inside Sales to meet growth goals, manage pipelines, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

The salary range for this position is: Southern California: $121,000 - $158,550 base salary
This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales/profit targets.
Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with international and cross-department teams.
Maintain company image, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to policies.
