We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ohio or Michigan, who thrives on winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Three or more years of consultative or solution-based selling experience.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex sales opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively navigate customer organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Imperial Supplies as a trusted partner and solutions provider.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through implementation and ongoing growth.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that create customer value.
- Manage territory performance, sales forecasts, and account activity to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
