The Regional Sales Manager will establish and maintain good working relationships with customers by providing technical assistance, entertaining, and frequent personal contact with customers’ upper-level management. This role involves developing and presenting proposals to customers to solicit sales of Fiber Glass Systems products, and providing technical guidance and sales support. The manager will prepare forecasts and budgets for their territory, monitor progress, stay abreast of competitors’ products and services, and assist in developing market and pricing strategies. Additionally, they will help prepare job specifications and make presentations to various industrial, governmental, and code officials. The position requires the ability to work independently in a home-based office, significant domestic travel, and overnight travel.
