We are growing fast and looking for passionate, driven sales professionals to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will own growth within their assigned territory by driving new business acquisition, expanding product adoption in new markets, and building long-term relationships with dealership decision-makers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on winning new accounts, hitting ambitious targets, and driving measurable impact for their clients.

Requirements

  • Driver, not passenger – you take ownership of results and make things happen.
  • Self-driven and motivated – comfortable working autonomously while leveraging team resources.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales; automotive SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with both face-to-face and remote selling.
  • Exceptional pipeline management skills and disciplined follow-up.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve and exceed a monthly quota of $9,000 in new business
  • Prospect and engage with dealerships via in-field visits, phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management.
  • Lead product demos, presentations, and consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and handoff for new accounts.
  • Stay informed on automotive industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
