We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Energy Team. This position is based in the Midwest, with a preference for candidates located in Minnesota or Illinois. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by promoting Det-Tronics fire and gas detection solutions, expanding market presence, and developing strategic customer relationships. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, support channel partners and end users, and manage opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. You will also provide valuable market intelligence, contribute to regional sales strategies, and support product and business development initiatives. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director and works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other members of the global Energy Team. For more than 50 years, leading oil and gas companies have relied on Det-Tronics to provide innovative flame and gas detection solutions that help protect people, assets, and operations from fire, gas leaks, and related hazards.
