As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth across our distributor network. Your ability to build relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and support distributor success will directly impact revenue and market expansion. Your consultative approach and leadership will help strengthen partnerships and position Lantech as the preferred solution in the region.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of sales experience in capital equipment or a related field
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling packaging or material handling equipment
  • Experience working with or managing distributor networks
  • Familiarity with markets in the Great Lakes region
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for Case, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic equipment within an assigned distributor network
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share in the Great Lakes region
  • Train, coach, and support distributors to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers
  • Provide consultative sales support, including identifying opportunities and solving customer challenges
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to guide strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales initiatives and customer needs
  • Travel extensively within the region to support distributor development and customer engagement
  • Operate independently from a remote location while managing multiple priorities
