About The Position
Asahi Beer USA is seeking a Region Manager to lead its Great Lakes business. This is a field-based, full-time role focused on growing premium beer brands like Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori. The Region Manager will be responsible for the P&L of their region, driving brand availability, visibility, and velocity through distributor partners and account teams. This leadership role requires a proven sales leader who can develop people, execute Annual Business Plans, and manage a multi-brand portfolio to achieve volumetric and financial results.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of growing brands and delivering results in a regional sales leadership role
- Experience managing and developing field sales teams
- Strong distributor relationship management and Annual Business Plan execution experience
- Deep fluency in the U.S. three-tier system and off-premise retail landscape
- Experience managing multiple brands across beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
- High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Leads from the front — not from a spreadsheet

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional sales team
