Regional Sales Manager - Unicel & AD Systems - Denver, CO; Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, Utah
About The Position
Allegion is expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent its AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Mountain States and Northwest. The ideal candidate will live near a large Metro airport in the territory to easily travel within the market. This role is for individuals passionate about building relationships, driving specifications, and championing innovative architectural solutions, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead growth in a key territory. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States, and the company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience required
- Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience calling on architects preferred
- Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
- Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
- Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
- Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline
