About The Position

You'll play a key role in expanding market share and driving regional business growth. You'll help build and develop a strong sales culture focused on customer success and operational excellence. You'll influence strategic decisions through market intelligence, forecasting, and business planning. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals and business growth objectives.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • CRM and sales productivity tools proficiency, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
