We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Regional Growth Manager to lead market expansion and business development efforts across Central and Southern Alberta, while supporting growth initiatives in key BC markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing market presence in developing territories. As the primary field representative for the region, you will focus on growing residential and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) opportunities through strategic partnerships, community engagement, market activation initiatives, and targeted sales efforts. Working closely with regional leadership, sales, and marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Eastlink's presence, driving customer growth, and fostering long-term partner success. This position requires regular travel throughout the territory, including occasional evenings and weekends to support events, partner activities, and community engagement opportunities.
