Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management and team coordination.
  • Ability to interpret water analysis data and recommend effective solutions.
  • A self-motivated mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and service teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the water treatment or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensure timely closing of deals
  • Lead, coach, and support sales representatives and service technicians
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure high-quality installation, maintenance, and customer support
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings and competitiveness
