Locinox is seeking up to two Regional Sales Managers, one for the North of the UK and one for the South, to drive commercial success in their respective regions. This role involves translating a strong product portfolio into long-term partnerships and making Locinox the preferred choice for projects. The position requires a focus on revenue and growth, building and managing existing accounts, and actively seeking new business through expertise and proactive follow-up. The role involves significant field engagement with architects, specifiers, distributors, and installers to ensure successful application of Locinox solutions. Collaboration with an inside sales colleague and reporting to the Head of UK Sales are key components, along with building a structured pipeline, sharing market insights, and closely tracking performance.
