Requirements

5 to 7 years of relevant experience or training in water treatment and in customer service, customer experience, customer success, sales or a similar roles (required).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the sale of residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer and wholesale channels.
Acquire, develop and maintain existing Professional Water Quality (PWQ) dealer accounts through an appropriate level of contact.
Create sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments.
Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives.
Conduct product training for PWQ dealers; collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that marketing such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, Internet presence, etc., meets customer demand.
